Are you overwhelmed?

As always, preaching to the choir here. That being said…

One reason you might be overwhelmed is that your body is struggling to keep up with you.

Even the most “in shape” among us can make marginal improvements to their health, but most of us are on the unhealthy end of the spectrum and it's more than we can fix in a day.

What to do?

Make a small change.

Do something today that is better than you did yesterday. Even if it's drinking one less sugary drink.

Doing a push-up. Yes, one push up. For many of us, that's more than we did yesterday.

The first step is the hardest. Take it! There is hope.
